Presenting the newest evolution of the Imperial Stormtrooper

Rogue One: A Star Wars Story introduces the Scarif Stormtrooper to all you rebel scum

From the start of the Star Wars saga in Episode IV: A New Hope, fans have known that the arrival of the Imperial Stormtroopers always means trouble is brewing. The Stormtroopers have changed over the years, from Sandtroopers to Snowtroopers, and even with their Clone Wars origins revealed in Episodes II and III.

On December 16th, 2016 Rogue One will show us the newest version of the Imperial Stormtrooper with the Scarif Stormtrooper. Lucky for you, Hasbro is making toys based on these new villains and you can find them in your local store right now. So what has the Hasbro Pulse learned about the Scarif Stormtrooper? Plenty, but not without a price.

Also referred to as “Shoretroopers” these specialist Stormtroopers are stationed at the top-secret Imperial military headquarters on Scarif. They patrol the beaches and bunkers of the planetary facility. There are three ranks of Shoretroopers, starting with the standard Stormtrooper, then the Squad Leaders, and finally the Captains. These military designations are recognizable by the visual differences in their armor.
